Hello, I'm Amanda Rossiter, the owner and founder of Pinpals. I established Pinpals in 2016 while raising our two beautiful children. It really was the usual story ... I was searching for cool pinboards for my kids and felt a sense of despair at the lack of options in the New Zealand market. At the same time, I was also looking for an opportunity to build my own business, a gap in a market that I could plug and experiment with being an entrepreneur for the first time!

 

Pinpals was born! Over five years later, it is growing strongly and we are genuinely appreciative of all the support we have received from our strong customer base - many of whom return to purchase more of our products.

We are proudly a New Zealand based small business. When I say 'we', I really mean 'me.' I am pretty much it (along with my constant companion Rosie (our gorgeous puppy)) - juggling many balls - the making of fabulous products, finance, marketing, inventory, sales, graphic design, website development - all at the same time as managing a busy family life.

As a small business I know the importance of exceptional customer service and high quality products - I am here to answer your emails, pack your orders and generally ensure that you're a satisfied customer!

It really is true what they say - when you buy from a small business, an actual person does a little happy dance. That person is me!
